1. Estimate is An Approximation. The estimate is based on our initial assessment of your motorcycle and the information you provided. It is an approximation of the potential costs and may not include all necessary parts or labor.
2. Approval of Additional Work. If additional work or parts are required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Delays in approval may affect the service completion time.
3. Parts and Labor. This estimate includes both the cost of parts and the labor hours required to complete the service. Labor rate is $140 per hour for motorcycles model year 2015 or newer and $185 per hour for motorcycles model year 2014 or older. Shop minimum is 1/2 hour of labor. Part prices are subject to change based on supplier costs and availability.
4. Storage Fees. Once service is complete, you will have a 72-hour grace period to pick up your motorcycle. After this period, a daily storage fee of $17 will be charged.
5. Customer Responsibilities. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information about your motorcycle's history and any known issues.
6. Liability. We are not liable for any personal belongings left on the motorcycle. Please remove all personal items before dropping off your bike.
7. Payment. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. Special order parts require a prepayment before they will be ordered. We accept cash and all major credit cards. A processing fee will be added to any card payments.


Not only does everyone here ride, literally everyone here can actually turn a wrench too. Our dedicated service staff have been factory Triumph trained and have decades of experience, not just on Triumph motorcycles. In addition to Triumph we will look at all European and Japanese sport and adventure motorcycles. Our personal backgrounds include many years of track day and roadracing experience at the professional level in addition to regular scheduled maintenance and repairs. Working on bikes isn't like working on cars or equipment, it takes more finesse than muscle and not just mechanical understanding but also a sense of self preservation. If you make mistakes working on a car the customer is usually just inconvenienced. When you make mistakes on a motorcycle the best case scenario is the customer is just inconvenienced. On bikes there are no insignificant services, anything going wrong on a motorcycle can have severe consequences. We take every job with the same level of seriousness, from tire swaps and oil changes to valve adjustments and track builds. Who do you want working on your bike?
